Chef James Mazzio

James grew up on the Campbell Soup estate in Pennsylvania and learned the foundations of cooking in his Sicilian grandmother’s kitchen. His journey took him from Aspen’s slopes under mentor Charles Dale to training with Daniel Boulud and Thomas Keller. In Colorado he led kitchens at 15 Degrees, Via Trattoria, Ice House Tavern, The Edge at Timberline, and more. Today he continues to innovate through ChefJam, pop-up dinners, and hands-on culinary classes.
